I Was Avoiding Job Applications. So I Built a Tool to Do It From My Phone.
Within a few minutes you have jobs listing a tailored resume and cover letter.
I want to start with the honest version.
I was avoiding applying for jobs. Not because I didn't need to. Because of the math.
Every time I thought about applying, I ran the same calculation. Tailor my resume to the job. Open Google Docs. Adjust it. Download it. Upload it. Write a cover letter. Submit. Repeat. That process cost me 45 minutes minimum per application. For a decent job search, you need volume. The math killed my motivation before I even opened a browser.
So I stopped applying as much as I should have.
That is the honest version.
What I decided to do about it
I had been using Claude AI to build other projects such as tools for trading and automations for my workflow. At some point I asked myself a simple question.
Why am I not doing this for job searching?
So I built a tool. A Telegram-based job search assistant that runs on my phone. It scrapes job boards, scores listings against my resume, tailors my resume to a specific job, and generates a cover letter. All from a single chat window.
I built it with Claude AI. Focused sessions. Honest feedback during testing. Iteration. No developer hired. No weeks spent learning a new stack.
The setup alone went from a flat 12-question text prompt with no structure to a full guided flow. Category picker with toggle buttons. Preset skill groups. A Go Back option that preserves everything you already selected. Cost estimates for each AI provider before you commit.
Half a day to ship all of it.

What changed
Before: 45 minutes per application. Manually. In Google Docs. On a laptop.
After: resume tailored, cover letter drafted, job scored against my profile. From my phone. In minutes.
Last week I submitted three applications on my lunch break. From a Telegram chat on my phone. That is what the tool actually looks like in use.
That is not a productivity improvement. That is the difference between applying and not applying.

I applied to more roles in the past few weeks than the two months before it combined. And the applications were better. Closer to my actual experience. More targeted. Because the tool scores listings against my resume before I even read the full description.
The 45-minute wall is gone.

Where this goes next
I built it for myself. It works. Now I want to know if it works for other people.
I am opening it to 10 to 15 beta testers. The ask is simple. Fill out a short form. I will send you access directly to your email. You connect to the tool, use it on a real job search, and tell me what works and what does not. No strings attached.
The goal is straightforward. Give job seekers a tool that removes the friction that stops people from applying in the first place. Mobile. Fast. Specific to your resume and your experience.
Want early access?
I am taking 10 to 15 people for the first round. Fill out the short form below. I will email you access and you connect to the tool directly. Takes less than 2 minutes. No strings attached.
